Malcolm Jenkins returns to the New Orleans Saints

Another thing that Saints’ fans have to look forward to is the return of long time Saints’ safety Malcolm Jenkins to the team. Jenkins was a top-15 safety during his years with the Philadelphia Eagles, and the team is hoping that doesn’t change next year.

While the team lost Vonn Bell to the Cincinnati Bengals in free agency, Jenkins will likely fill the gap with little to no transitional pains at all. Jenkins already knows Sean Payton, and he already knows how the Saints’ defense runs.

That will give him an edge up.

Besides that though, it will just be great to see Jenkins back home where he belongs. He will get the opportunity to come back to where he grew as a football player and be a leader that can really make a difference.

This year is bound to be an exciting one for the organization and fans alike. Who Dat Nation will have a plethora of things to cheer about, and hopefully, the best one is another Super Bowl trophy to New Orleans.

Next. 5 players the Saints can't lose to injury in 2020. dark

Again, this will be possible, but it’ll be up to Sean Payton and the staff to make sure it’s done safely if at all.
