Number Three: His Versatility

Jamal Adams is one of the most versatile defensive backs in the entire NFL and adds a skill set that very few NFL players have, the ability to rush the quarterback.

The Saints have always rewarded players for getting to the quarterback and are seemingly always trying to add new talent in that area.

Jamal Adams lives around the line of scrimmage more than pretty much any other defensive back in the entire NFL which is an asset that could help the Saints tremendously.

Adams has blitzed 159 times in NFL career, logging five hurries, ten quarterback knockdowns, 12 sacks, 26 pressures, 28 tackles for a loss, and 23 quarterback hits. This could be a great asset for the Saints.

Jamal Adams can do it all. He can rush the quarterback, he can lock down the passing game, and he can stay on the field as he’s only missed two games in his career.
