The New Orleans Saints had the No. 24 pick in the NFL Draft, is there any player that they could have drafted over Cesar Ruiz?

Since the draft is over, we all know that the New Orleans Saints opted to select University of Michigan center Cesar Ruiz with the No. 24 pick. This shocked the entire fan base that fully expected the Saints to draft a linebacker or a wide receiver.

After they drafted Cesar Ruiz, the Saints decided that they were going to pay him and have him start on the offensive line and then opted to release current Pro Bowl guard Larry Warford — presumably to shift Ruiz to his position.
