Number Four: TommyLee Lewis

TommyLee Lewis is back in New Orleans for his second stint with the team after not playing at all in 2019. Lewis last stepped on the football field against the Los Angeles Rams in the infamous no-call game during the NFC Championship game.

Lewis, 27, has played in 34 career games with the New Orleans Saints. He has logged 20 receptions, 252 receiving yards, a yards per reception average of 12.6, and two touchdowns in his NFL career to pair alongside his sub-par kick and punt returning abilities.

Lewis has never played more than eleven percent of the Saints’ offensive snaps in his career and considering he will need to see the field to make the team, it will be hard to see him crack the final roster.

He is directly in competition with Pro Bowl returner and wide receiver Deonte Harris who both have similar speed and stature. Unfortunately for Lewis, Harris had a phenomenal rookie season and is looking to build off that success in 2020.
