With Friday’s release of former starting right guard Larry Warford, the New Orleans Saints have freed up an additional $7.75 million in cap space. With that said, should they go all in and sign premier free agent cornerback Logan Ryan?

The New Orleans Saints have found themselves in a very favorable position after the draft. With multiple quality free agents still on the market, the Saints have a little over $9 million total to play with.

One free agent that sticks out the most is former Tennessee Titans cornerback, Logan Ryan, who is still unsigned even after coming off his best season of his career.

Ryan has just publically released that he will not be returning to the Titans and will continue to test the free agency market.

Ryan’s price tag may still be high, since he’s reportedly looking for a minimum of $10 million annually, but is open to playing on a short-term deal.

This could be a perfect fit with the Saints, who are in win-now mode and looking to add more quality talent to an already stacked roster. With that being said, here are three reasons why the Saints should sign the 29-year-old former two time Super Bowl-winning cornerback.
