Number Four: DeVante Parker

DeVante Parker is a 6-foot-3 wide receiver who currently plays for the Miami Dolphins. Parker, 27, has had a solid career through his first five seasons in the NFL, but his lack of starting has cost him valuable production.

Parker was drafted number fourteen overall by the Miami Dolphins out of Louisville in 2015 and struggled to start games to kick off his career as he was behind guys like Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills, and Rishard Matthews.

However, Parker does take advantage of his playing time when he gets on the field. Parker has hauled in 235 receptions through 70 games played for 3,419 yards, a 14.5 yards per reception average, and 18 touchdowns.

Parker is a speedy wideout who would fit well in a Drew Brees led offense.

He would complement Michael Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders nicely. Parker has just one year left on his deal and would likely only cost a mid-round draft pick. This could be a smart option for the Saints who are in need of a number three guy.
