The New Orleans Saints signed Emmanuel Sanders this offseason, but there is still a need for some additional depth to help configure the long-term outlook.

The New Orleans Saints already look intimidating on paper.

They have eight Pro Bowlers from last season on their offense who will be returning, and they added a speedy deep threat wide receiver in Emmanuel Sanders to help haul in Drew Brees’ deep ball.

Although the team is looking better than ever, they have to make it to the Super Bowl this season in what is likely Brees’ last season in order to see all their vast improvements pay off.

The difference between teams like the Saints and the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs is the incredible depth at the wide receiver position.

The Saints need to continue to build up that area this offseason, although we do compliment the job they’ve already done to enhance Brees’ targets. That said, here are seven guys the Saints could trade for and do just that.
