Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers have seen quite a bit of turnaround since the 2019 season. They signed former Saints quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and let current quarterback Cam Newton hit the open market in a huge headline.

They also trade Trai Turner to the Chargers for Russell Okung — an exchange of all-pro offensive lineman. However, they did lose Greg Olsen, and Luke Keuchly is a shocking early retirement post that sent waves across the NFL.

In response, the Panthers turned around and used all of the draft picks on the defensive side of the ball drafting Derrick Brown, Yetur Gross-Matos, Jeremy Chinn, Troy Pride, and a multitude more on defense.

Even with the boosted defense, I don’t think that the Panthers will be much of a threat to the New Orleans Saints. The Panthers might get lucky and squeeze on in, but I see the Saints pulling a win on both of their games.
