The Best of the Rest: 19 Percent Combined

Five players who were mocked to the Saints combined for 19 percent total.

Utah cornerback Jaylon Johnson and TCU wide receiver Jalen Reagor each were mocked to the Saints seven percent of the time. Oklahoma linebacker Kenneth Murray was mocked as the Saints pick twice as well as TCU cornerback Jeff Gladney.

Justin Jefferson was mocked to the Saints once.

Jeff Gladney is projected to be a top twenty pick as well as Justin Jefferson so it was expected for their numbers to be low.

I was a bit taken back by Kenneth Murray only being mocked to the Saints twice as they seem to be favorites for each other. Jalen Reagor would only come to the Saints if the two main linebackers and main receivers are off the board but that’s not likely.

All of these players would fill voids the Saints need to address. Kenneth Murray would fill a linebacker void, Gladney and Johnson would add cornerback depth, and Reagor and Jefferson would give Brees the number three receiver of his dreams.
