Number One: Veteran Presence

Emmanuel Sanders came into the NFL as a third-round pick back in 2010 by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Initially brought in as depth alongside Hines Ward, Mike Wallace, and Antonio Brown, Sanders struggled to see substantial playing time. Sanders took advantage of his time on the field, when it was allotted to him, and played well.

Sanders has played for three different NFL teams: the Pittsburgh Steelers, Denver Broncos, and San Francisco 49ers, and has reached the Super Bowl with every team.

Sanders has played at a high level in the NFL for a decade and will be a great source of knowledge for young receivers like Michael Thomas, Tre’Quan Smith, and Deonte Harris.

Sanders will also provide reliable, steady hands for Drew Brees to throw to and his presence will open up other pass-catchers like Jared Cook and Alvin Kamara.

Emmanuel Sanders brings his veteran leadership and steady hands to a needy Saints offense and will look to continue his trend of reaching the big game with the New Orleans Saints.
