The major rush of the 2020 free agency period is behind us without the New Orleans Saints making any major bank-breaking moves.

The New Orleans Saints made a few smart moves in the first two days of free agency/tampering period and re-signed three players; quarterback Drew Brees, defensive tackle David Onyemata, and long snapper Zach Wood.

The Saints also lost a couple players in linebacker AJ Klein who signed with the Buffalo Bills and Teddy Bridgewater who signed with the Carolina Panthers, or at least agreed to terms elsewhere.

The Saints thankfully don’t need much, but it is still a bit difficult seeing every other team make major moves and blockbuster trades and the Saints sitting quiet and re-signing their core guys. The Saints typically wait until day three to make their moves usually.

They want the major players gone and the best of the rest for their choosing. There are still several great players on the market and I’m here to break down three guys the Saints should snag this free agency.
