The New Orleans Saints enter the 2020 free agency period without a quarterback on the roster as Drew Brees, Teddy Bridgewater, and Taysom are all free agents.

Brees and Hill both expressed their interest in returning to the New Orleans Saints but nothing is currently set in stone. Brees said he will not break the team’s bank and wants to return for one last year on a team-friendly deal.

The Saints want it to be a transition year for Taysom Hill to mold into the future of the franchise. Teddy Bridgewater is definitely out the door as the team has shown little interest in wanting to keep him, but surprisingly, there may be a tad bit of hope he returns.

It’s certainly still a developing story.

Due to the 2020 NFL Drafts surplus of wide receivers and offensive lineman, there are going to be some phenomenal signal-callers dropping into the later rounds of the draft.

The Saints will need to add depth at the position for the sake of the team’s future so why not acknowledge the need now and let the rookie learn under Brees for a season. That said, here is a look at three quarterbacks the Saints should consider drafting in the 2020 NFL Draft.
