JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, USC

The New Orleans Saints not only had a second first-round pick, but they also had a second second-round pick as well! The team originally used this pick on safety Marcus Williams out of Utah which by no means was a bad pick.

However, looking back and knowing the wide receiver needs of the team, Juju Smith-Schuster would have been the ideal pick in this scenario. He was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the 62nd overall pick.

Smith-Schuster would have solved all of the woes that the New Orleans Saints have been dealing with at that position over the last couple of years. Could you imagine Juju opposite Michael Thomas with Drew Brees throwing to them?

That would have been a deadly threat that most likely would have got the Saints farther than Marcus Williams got them on defense. The team wouldn’t be in the position they are today if they took Juju Smith Schuster with this pick.
