QB, Teddy Bridgewater

Teddy Bridgewater was put to the test this year when Drew Brees went down with a thumb injury in week two of the regular season. Bridgewater more than exceeded expectations taking the Saints on an undefeated 5 game win streak till Brees took back over.

Bridgewater was a fantastic quarterback in Minnesota out of the NFL Draft until he hit roadblocks with some serious injuries. After recovery, he found himself out of a starting job and set to back up Drew Brees in the last season.

Now, after having a chance to prove what he really has, Teddy Bridgewater will be one of the biggest free-agent quarterbacks to leave their current team. If the Saints pay Brees, they will not be able to pay Bridgewater too.

Therefore, Bridgewater will be looking to take a contract from a team that is in need of a starting quarterback. Luckily, there are more teams than just the Dolphins this year looking for that new heir to their throne.
