Taysom Hill

Taysom Hill seems like he is always in the middle of rumors.

Whether it’s speculation about how he will be used this upcoming season, if he is a franchise quarterback or not, and whether he deserves starting quarterback money, conversations about Hill sway rapidly one way or the other.

The New Orleans Saints see value in Taysom Hill, regardless of what his defined position may be.

The Saints are expected to sign Hill to a long term contract making the tender mute at that point.

The fact they are willing to put the tender on him shows they view him as more than just a 3rd string QB, as what his depth chart position suggested he was, but more of a Swiss army knife player now and possibly the future at quarterback once Drew Brees finally does retire.

Hill for his part has been taking all this in stride as he has been enjoying his time with good views, good food, and good company as his wife joins him on their vacation.
