Some of the New Orleans Saints players have used the offseason for fun and relaxation until the brutal NFL season begins.

To say the NFL is a grind is the ultimate understatement. From offseason workouts, to training camp, and then the 16 game grind the NFL demands takes a toll on you physically as well as mentally. Not to mention the playoff run the New Orleans Saints have experienced the past 3 seasons.

To say the players need a break is putting it lightly.

What a lot of people don’t see is what the players actually do during the offseason. Most players vacation, spend time with family, rehab those nagging injuries, or do individual workouts to improve their game.

Unless they are active on social media or conduct interviews, most of the players remain out of the spotlight. Some, however, become headline news for the wrong reasons.

Take for instance New York Jets defensive lineman Quinnen Williams. The soon to be a 2nd-year pro was arrested at LaGuardia Airport in New York for reportedly trying to carry a gun unto a flight heading out.

While he does have a permit to carry, it is in the state of Alabama and not New York. Due to the strict gun laws New York has, Williams may find himself in a heap of trouble.

Thankfully, none of the New Orleans Saints players have found themselves in a situation like that this offseason. But what have they been up to? Let focus in on 3 players and see.
