Number Four: Guard

The New Orleans Saints have consistently had one of the better offensive lines in the NFL over the past few seasons.

The Saints need to address the offensive guard position since Andrus Peat is likely going to depart in free agency this year and Larry Warford is set to hit the market in 2021. Both have played impactful roles in the past few seasons.

The team could simply acquire some cheap talent such as Ronald Leary or Mike Iupati in the 2020 offseason or they could go all out for a guy like Joe Thuney who is as good and reliable as they come. It’s really going to come down to where they want to spend their money.

The Saints’ offensive players getting all the accolades they have the past few seasons goes to show just how important the offensive line is.

The Saints may not have to go all out this offseason for a replacement to Andrus Peat, but they do need to ensure the offensive line isn’t taking a hit to try to keep other guys around.
