Arizona State, WR, Brandon Aiyuk

Brandon Aiyuk is a big play type of receiver. He has the possibility to be the threat that the New Orleans Saints were missing last year. With Thomas as a mid-range wide receiver, Aiyuk could be the perfect opposite-field complement.

One of Aiyuk’s best abilities is his keen insight to be able to track a ball in mid-air and then go and retrieve that ball — that is what makes him such a deep threat. He is also a great off-ball defender and has experience playing special teams.

The things to watch on Thursday will be his route running technique and his hand ability coming off of a route. He has a smaller frame so his physicality has come into question a lot as well. Overall though, Aiyuk has been climbing draft charts.
