Going into the new season, it is looking like the New Orleans Saints, once again, are going to push their allotted cap space to the top.

Going into the 2020 NFL season, the New Orleans Saints have a lot of questions that need to be answered in free agency, the draft, contracts, and so on. One of the biggest questions, however, is what the Saints are going to do with their salary cap problems.

The salary cap question bleeds into all the other questions as well. It affects how many players the Saints can re-sign, how many players the Saints can sign new, along with a plethora of other free agency-related ones.

The draft also takes up salary cap space in the overall budget. As well as players drafted years ago looking for bigger contracts. As you can see, there is a lot to discuss when it comes to the Saints salary cap woes.

The team always tends to be right up on the top budget line when it comes to the salary cap, year after year. Will this year be different or will the New Orleans Saints push the salary cap towards the top again this year?
