Defensive End, Cameron Jordan

Cameron Jordan was drafted in 2011 by the New Orleans Saints and has been a defensive showstopper ever since. The now four-star captain has held down the defense for almost a decade now and isn’t showing signs of stopping.

Like Drew Brees, he too has seen players come and players go and been an extraordinary part in the development of some of the former Saints’ defensive lineman as well as some of the present linemen still getting their start in the NFL.

One of the biggest impacts Jordan has had is on Marcus Davenport and Demario Davis. Davenport plays the same position as Jordan on the opposite side of the line. Davis came into the organization already established by Jordan.

Jordan helped Davis fit in and has been a big part of his resurgence as an NFL star. Cameron Jordan leads the defense in most stats this year in and year out. He has also been one of the Saints’ leading sacks getter behind only one.
