The New Orleans Saints only have around 9.3 million dollars in cap space going into the 2020 offseason and myriad of free agents to potentially re-sign.

With the Drew Brees decision looming and Teddy Bridgewater already packing his bags, the New Orleans Saints are forced to make some very difficult decisions. Andrus Peat is likely one of those difficult decisions.

The limited cap space and pricy tag on Andrus Peat will likely send him searching for a new home in the coming months. The following three places come to mind when I dive into the details.

Number One: The Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins are coming off a 5-11 season. Their league-leading 89.3 million dollars in cap space has everyone in the Magic City smiling.

That said, Andrus Peat is considered one of the top lineman in the 2020 free agent class and should be paid accordingly. According to Pro Football Focus, the Miami Dolphins had the worst offensive line in 2019.

Why not sure up that offensive line with a player like Peat who can play both tackle and guard? The Dolphins have three picks in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft and by building a solid offensive line in free agency, they can address other needs throughout the draft.

Andrus is a two time Pro Bowler and will add a veteran presence to a young team who will look to compete in 2020.
