Cincinnati Bengals, WR, A.J. Green

Last season, A.J. Green became disgruntled with the Cincinnati Bengals. An injury early in the year led to him sitting out the entire season. Whether the team’s fault or his own, Green rested the entire year and is now looking for another contract.

His time in Cincinnati is almost a guarantee to come to an end in the free agency period. The New Orleans Saints are in desperate need of a wide receiver to go alongside Michael Thomas. While A.J. Green is normally considered a No. 1, he could be a good fit opposite field.

A.J. Green made the Pro Bowl the first seven years of his current eight-year career. In his last full season in 2017, Green posted 75 receptions for 1,078 yards and eight touchdowns. He is a very capable man of being a huge part of the Saints offense.

He is coming off of a $15 million contract with the Cincinnati Bengals. If the New Orleans Saints can get Green for anything less than that, it would be a steal. No matter where Green ends up, he is likely to make the biggest wide receiver splash in the period.
