DL, Chris Jones

Kansas City Chiefs fourth-year defensive lineman Chris Jones is a free agent this year. The Chiefs star was selected to his first-ever Pro Bowl this year coming off of a fantastic season. He has been one of the most prolific pass rushers in the last couple of years.

In four years with Kansas City, Jones has racked up 136 tackles in 61 games. He came right in his rookie year and was an immediate asset to the Chiefs. He also tacks on 72 quarterback hits, 37 tackles for a loss, seven forced fumbles, and two interceptions.

His most qualifying statistic though is the 24.5 sacks he has racked up in the last two years — 33.0 in his four-year career. Chris Jones gets to the quarterback like only a few players we have seen over the last couple of years.

With Onyemata set to hit the market and most likely leave in free agency, Chris Jones would be a natural fit in with Cameron Jordan and Marcus Davenport on the line. The New Orleans Saints would have the best defensive line in the NFL.
