Jim Harbaugh (current Michigan Wolverines head coach)

The last coach on the list is Jim Harbaugh. This is another possibility of a college coach making the jump to the professional leagues. Harbaugh’s brother, John, is currently the head coach of the regular season AFC champion Baltimore Ravens.

Jim Harbaugh has had his difficulties at Michigan, but his upside is tremendous. Jim Harbaugh has in his blood to be as good as John Harbaugh. He could come in and give fresh eyes to the New Orleans Saints organization.

Jim Harbaugh once coached in the NFL before going down to college. He coached from 2011-2014 with the San Francisco 49ers. During his four year tenure, Harbaugh went 44-19. He made it to the NFL playoffs three of the four years and went to the NFC championship in 2012.

All these coaches would be good fits for the New Orleans Saints.

Again, this isn’t reality but after a few unsuccessful postseason runs, it may be time for a change. I believe all of these coaches would give us an opportunity to get back to the Super Bowl.
