Daryl Worley

Daryl Worley is one of the most versatile cornerbacks in the league. The fact is, the Saints need more than just a cornerback, they need a huge secondary presence. Worley can become that presence that the Saints so desperately need.

Worley finished the season with 58 tackles, 7 pass defends, one interception, and one fumble recovery. However, none of those are the reason that Worley finds his way on the list. Daryl Worley played 17 different positions on the Raiders this year.

The New Orleans Saints need a player that can transition from cornerback to safety and player a load of other positions when asked to. Daryl Worley is arguably the Taysom Hill of the defensive side of the ball, that’s why he would work on the Saints.

Those aren’t the only cornerbacks on the market. Broncos’ Chris Harris and Ravens’ Jimmy Smith are also UFA this year and could be good targets, but looking toward the future, these are the best three cornerbacks for the New Orleans Saints on the free-agent market in 2020.

Harris and Smith will both require more money than the Saints should be willing to pay considering all the free agents they themselves need to re-sign.
