Alvin Kamara (RB)

Alvin Kamara has been the most stable running back that the New Orleans Saints have had since the last decade when the started Deuce McAllister for eight years. The New Orleans Saints drafted Alvin Kamara in the 2017 NFL Draft and he has proven himself ever since.

In 2017 alone, Kamara was a Pro-Bowler, a second-team All-Pro, Rookie of the Year, Offensive Rookie of the Year, and named to the PFWA All-Rookie team. Some big accomplishments for a guy out of Tennessee with known injury problems.

Since then, Kamara has been to another Pro-Bowl (2018) and was snubbed from 2019. In three years, Kamara has ran for 2,369 yards with 241 receptions and 2,050 receiving yards out of the backfield. He has totaled 36 touchdowns to go along with those.

Kamara is the type of player that you build a franchise around. The New Orleans Saints got a steal with the talent of Kamara in the draft. Should he stay for a long period of time, the Saints are in for just as good of a 2020 decade as they had in 2010.
