It’s no secret that the New Orleans Saints have an amazing offense.

It seems like year after year the Saints manage to break every record in the books. It’s safe to say, that the high-powered offense, led by none other than Sean Payton and Drew Brees is AMAZING. Let me be the first to say that last season was no different. Despite the unfortunate 7-9 record last season, the Saints still managed to have the leagues best offenses. No doubt, it’s partly due to the amazing man pictured to the left.

The Saints offense, in particular broke one record that goes to show how outstanding the team really is. Being the second team in NFL history to none other than the spectacular 2013 Denver Broncos led by Peyton Manning. The 2016 Saints featured an offense that consisted of a 5,000-yard passer (Drew Brees), a 1000-yard rusher (Mark Ingram), and two 1,000-yard receivers (Brandin Cooks, and Michael Thomas). It just goes to show what true talent, great scheming, and consistency can brew up on the field for an offense.

Now a few things have changed from last season. Some athletes have left, there are new faces in the backfield, fresh faces at wide receiver, and rookies on the offensive line headline what the Black and Gold will be using when the team hits the spotlight again. Although this offense isn’t the same that took the field last year. I predict the New Orleans Saints will have a HISTORIC offense this season.

To make such a bold claim, it would only be fair to reveal why I think those thoughts, but fear not. Today I’ll be revealing what I think will be the main components for New Orleans’ success next year.

Let’s first take a look at the talented running backs the Saints have at their disposal.
