8. Lance Moore (4,281)
Saints WR from 2006-2013
One of the all-time fan favorites for Saints fans is former UDFA Lance Moore. This team has always had good luck when it comes to their undrafted free agents and Moore is yet another example of that.
Moore only appeared in four games as a rookie but by his second year he was a bigger piece of the offense. During that 2007 season, Moore played in all 16 games and had 302 yards and two touchdowns.
By year three, however, Moore had proven that he could be a star for the black and gold. The 2008 season saw the Toledo product grab 79 receptions for 928 yards and 10 touchdowns. The 10 trips to the end zone were a career-high for Moore but he was able to surpass the yardage total in 2012 when he had 1,041 yards.
It was a sad day when he joined the Steelers during the 2014 season and then donned a Lions uniform in 2015. No one remembers Moore in Pittsburgh or Detroit. He’ll always be a Saint and he’s still in the top 10 in receiving yards.
