1. Chris Olave
With one of their two first-round picks, New Orleans selected Chris Olave to help their wide receiver room blossom. At the time, it was just Michael Thomas who fans had hope for at the position but Olave gave them two solid weapons. Now with Jarvis Landry, the black and gold suddenly find themselves with one of the best wide receiver trios in the league.
Olave was quite the weapon during his time at Ohio State. This past year, the Buckeye had 65 receptions for 936 yards and 13 touchdowns and averaged 14.4 yards per catch through 11 games. He’s going to be a force in this offense.
With both Thomas and Landry also in the mix, there are going to be games where Olave doesn’t get much attention but there will also be games where he’s the main weapon. Those games are going to be what puts Olave on the map.
Out of all of the players on the Saints roster who aren’t stars already, Chris Olave has the best chance at breaking out and becoming a superstar this year.
