7 free agents with ties to the New Orleans Saints

Willie Snead
Ball State product Willie Snead got his start in New Orleans, playing for them from 2015-2017. Fans had mixed opinions on Snead during his time in the Big Easy but he put up great numbers during his rookie and second years with the team.
Snead had 984 receiving yards during that 2015 season to go along with three touchdowns. The next year he had 895 yards and four touchdowns but year three saw him haul in just eight catches for 92 yards and failed to find the end zone.
It wasn’t surprising to see him in another uniform the next season, as he signed with the Ravens. He never came close to the numbers he put up during those first two years with the Saints but he was an okay player for Baltimore.
This past year, Snead spent time with the Raiders and the Panthers but failed to make any kind of positive impression with either squad. He’s a free agent as of now and there’s little chance that New Orleans brings him back.
