4. C.J. Spiller
It’s crazy to think that C.J. Spiller once went ninth overall but the Bills took him in the top 10 of the 2010 NFL Draft. Spiller wasn’t a bust by any means, rushing for over 3,300 yards and 12 touchdowns with another near-1,200 yards and six touchdowns through the air during his five years in Buffalo.
After getting released by the Bills, New Orleans didn’t hesitate to add him to their offense, inking him to a four-year deal worth $18 million. He ended up only playing in the Big Easy for one season and only totaling 112 rushing yards through 13 games and two starts.
What Saints fans remember Spiller for the most is when he caught the walk-off touchdown against the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. It was an awesome moment and if it weren’t for that electric play, no one would remember that C.J. Spiller played for the Saints.
