The New Orleans Saints aren’t the only NFC South team looking for a quarterback in the 2022 season. The Buccaneers and Panthers find themselves searching for a new signal-caller this upcoming season while the Falcons are nearing the end of an era with their quarterback.

Atlanta is probably the only one that we can all guess with certainty but what about the other three teams?

New Orleans experienced life without Drew Brees in 2021 and it wasn’t pretty. Tampa Bay was living the dream with Tom Brady as their quarterback but he officially announced his retirement, putting them in a quarterback bind entering the offseason. The Panthers have been searching for a signal-caller since Cam Newton was let go following the 2019 season.

With all of this in mind and the offseason still just getting underway, I decided to take my best guess as to who the quarterback of each NFC South team will be when the 2022 season kicks off in September.

It’ll be fun to revisit this in a few months when teams make trades and sign free agents but for now, these are my best guesses. Let’s have some fun, shall we?
