5 potential landing spots for Terron Armstead in free agency

5. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars are one of those teams that honestly has a need at just about every position other than quarterback and running back. They had the luxury of landing the drafting rights of Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence in last year’s draft but the rookie struggled through 17 games.
He had a lackluster offensive line that allowed 32 sacks on their rookie quarterback and they’ll be looking for premier talent to protect the face of their franchise. Their current left tackle, Cam Robinson, had a nice season in Jacksonville but is slated to hit free agency.
If they’re unable to land Robinson, who is four years younger than Armstead, the Jags could turn their attention to the Saints’ left tackle. Jacksonville can afford just about whoever they want this offseason, as they have the third-most cap space for 2022.
Robinson had his ups and downs in Jacksonville but it wouldn’t be shocking if the Jaguars opted to keep him due to his age and familiarity with the offense. They’re still a potential landing spot for Armstead if Robinson signs elsewhere, however.
