3. Jameson Williams (Alabama)

You know the wide receiver class is stacked when Alabama’s Jameson Williams is third on this list. Williams leads the six receivers on this list in receiving yards and touchdowns totaling 1,445 and 15 respectively off of 68 receptions.

Pro Football Network gushes about Williams’ run after catch abilities in their draft writeup of the Crimson Tide receiver.

"When he’s not taking the top off of defenses, Williams has proven to have strong run-after-catch ability. The Alabama WR has impressive lateral agility and elusiveness. He’s a jittery RAC threat who also has incredibly fluid hips. He can shrink himself and make sharp direction changes with ease. Williams is a sudden and twitchy receiver, but also incredibly smooth and natural stacking moves."

Strangely enough, I haven’t seen many mock drafts where Williams has landed with the Saints. That means nothing, of course, but it is odd considering how dominant he’s been for the Crimson Tide this year.

Williams is either projected as one of the first receivers off the board or tends to fall into the back half of the first round, so he’s certainly someone New Orleans could add to their offense in 2022.
