New Orleans Saints Roster – Offensive Line (9)

Ryan Ramczyk
Andrus Peat
Erik McCoy
Cesar Ruiz
James Hurst
Calvin Throckmorton
Landon Young
Will Clapp

The first five on the list are going to be the starters on the Saints’ offensive line and there’s not much debate there. Hurst is another lock to make the team, as he’s been a reliable backup since joining the team.

From there, I went with three depth pieces in Throckmorton, Young, and Clapp. Throckmorton played well this preseason, outperforming veteran J.R. Sweezy.

Young is a rookie and the Saints are hoping that he can fill in for Armstead if the long-time left tackle departs this offseason. Keeping the Kentucky product around makes perfect sense and he feels like a safe bet to make the team.

Lastly, I included versatile Clapp even though he’s been banged up a bit. He might be on the bubble as of now but with all that he’s done for the Saints, I elected to include him here.
