Tennessee. JoshPalmer. player. 15. . . WR. 98

Josh Palmer is a senior collegiate athlete coming out of the University of Tennessee. Palmer had a mediocre freshman year only appearing in nine games and reeling in nine passes for under 100 yards. However, it all went up from there.

In each of the next three years, Palmer surpassed 400 yards. In his sophomore year, he caught 23 passes for 484 yards; in 2019, he caught 34 passes for 457 yards; and in his senior season, he caught 33 passes for 475 yards and four touchdowns.

Palmer totaled 1,514 yards on 99 receptions in 42 college games at Tennessee. Palmer’s 6-foot-2 frame allows him to go above most defensive backs. He has the makings of an NFL receiver that could be huge for New Orleans.

"According to Chad Reuter from NFL.com, “He has size, clearly works on refining his route-running and has a good understanding of how to help himself with contested catches. While he doesn’t appear to have great long speed, he did beat future NFL cornerbacks at Georgia (DJ Daniel) and Alabama (Patrick Surtain Jr.) down the field for scores.”"
