A mere two losses

The Saints have been 13-3 for the last two seasons. That’s already impressive. As aforementioned, they improved their roster.

They brought in new threats on both sides of the ball. Despite an improved division, the Saints should be able to breeze right through Atlanta, Tampa Bay, and Carolina. They also play teams like Oakland and Denver.

Now, the Saints will have a few tough matchups against Kansas City and San Francisco which will be nail-biters. They played the Niners well last season and only lost on a late-game superhuman effort from George Kittle.

The Saints have only won 12 or more games six times in their history and have never topped 13. The 2019 Baltimore Ravens and 2016 New England Patriots are the last two teams to top 13 wins in a season.

It’d be a highly impressive feat, one the Saints will certainly shoot for in 2020.
