Saints Roster Breakdown: Predicting the five CBs that’ll crack 53-man roster

Number Four: Justin Hardee
Justin Hardee will likely make the New Orleans Saints’ roster based pretty much solely on his dominant special teams ability. Every NFL team has its own special teams guru; the Patriots have Matthew Slater, the Giants have Nate Ebner, and the Saints have Justin Hardee.
Hardee has the ability to play cornerback if need be, but he is most valuable in his special teams role. Hardee has been in that role with the Saints for three years, and he’s even gotten to play a little bit of cornerback towards the end of a game in 2018.
In those three seasons, Hardee has recorded 39 tackles, two tackles for a loss, two passes defended, and one interception. Hardee also has one reception for ten yards that went for a first down on a fake punt play back in 2018 as well.
Hardee brings a lot to the Saints which is why I think he sticks around in 2020.
