Demario Davis

An All-Pro a season ago, Demario Davis is the NFL’s best linebacker.

He can do absolutely everything on the football field. From pass coverage to pass-rushing to run-stopping, Davis has proven to be among the best at his position since joining the Saints. Davis joined the Saints two seasons ago from the Jets.

Although he led the league in solo tackles in 2017, Davis didn’t earn his first recognition till last season. Davis was nominated to the All-Pro team with 111 total tackles, 12 pass deflections, 4 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, and 9 quarterback hits.

While his name is out there in New Orleans, Davis should be talked about as one of the best linebackers in the league. Athlon Sports named him the fourth-best linebacker. CBS Sports also placed him No. 4.

Davis needs to be talked about as the best linebacker, and that’s what he’ll be shooting for in 2020 as he’s set for a new contract this next offseason.
