In a shortened offseason and with seeing limited action from the defensive tackle position, the New Orleans Saints are more likely to keep several familiar faces around rather than revamp the position.
The Saints have a slew of talent on the defensive side of the ball, especially at the defensive tackle position. On that side of the ball, the Saints didn’t necessarily add any talent, but they will all return healthy.
Defensively, the Saints brought in safety Malcolm Jenkins after Vonn Bell left for Cincinnati and drafted linebacker Zack Baun from Wisconsin. The Saints could have the best defensive line in football, led by superstar Cam Jordan, and their defensive tackles are a large reason why.
