Jared Cook

Jared Cook had nine touchdowns last season, the second-most of any tight end in the NFL. Only the Ravens’ Mark Andrews had more.

Cook would’ve easily blasted the double-digit mark had he been as involved as he was the last few games the entire season. Cook, who didn’t near his total in yards from his final season in Oakland, still notched over 700.

Most of Cook’s dominance came in the last few games of the season.

In the last four games of the season, Cook had five touchdowns. If he somehow maintained that production, he could total 20 in a season. He has that type of mismatch potential, leading him to be a top target for the Saints.

A red zone threat standing 6-foot-5, expect Cook to have the best season of his career. It also should be noted that Cook is in a contract year with a rookie tight end behind him. He needs to prove his value, and he’ll have every opportunity to.
