Number Two: Latavius Murray

Latavius Murray could also pretty much be considered a lock to make the New Orleans Saints’ final 53-man roster following training camp.

Murray, 30, had a strong season as the backup and change-of-pace runner behind Alvin Kamara and certainly made his case to be featured more in 2020. Murray is a tall, powerful running back who has quick feet for his size.

Standing at 6-foot-3, Murray is a scary guy to see running at you as fast as he does. Murray had a big season in 2019 when he recorded 146 carries, 637 rushing yards, 38 first downs, 4.4 yards per carry, and five rushing touchdowns.

Murray also played well in the receiving game, logging 34 receptions, 235 receiving yards, 6.9 yards per reception, nine first downs, and one receiving touchdown. Murray is a lock to make the Saints’ roster barring anything unforeseen.
