Number Three: His Reliability

In today’s NFL, finding players who can play a full 16-game season is rarer than finding a once in a generation type of quarterback. Demario Davis is a guy who has proven to be extremely reliable despite playing one of the highest contact positions on the field.

Davis has been in the NFL since 2012 with the New York Jets and Cleveland Browns and has yet to miss a single game in his career. Davis is right on board with Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan who also hasn’t missed a game in his NFL career.

Durability and reliability are crucial to having a value in the NFL and Davis has proved he can be both. The fact that Demario Davis is one of the best linebackers in the NFL and hasn’t missed a game in his career speaks volumes to the type of player and man he really is.

Davis will battle, and he’ll reward the Saints if they reward him.
