3 linebackers that could be multi-year signings for the New Orleans Saints

Markus Golden
With an unrestricted free agent tender slapped on him, the New Orleans Saints need to make Markus Golden an offer. Golden is a 29-year-old outside linebacker that is among the best pass-rushers in the league.
Golden will be entering his sixth season in the league in 2020.
Last season with the New York Giants, Golden recorded 10 sacks and 72 combined tackles. He played and started all 16 games for the first time in his career. Golden was tied for the 15th-most sacks in his career.
If he’s looking for a high-profile one-year deal, the New Orleans Saints could offer him close to eight figures. Who knows if that’d be enough as Golden has yet to be re-signed and has yet to sign elsewhere.
A former second-round pick, Golden could be a star for years to come, and he’d be the best long-term free agent linebacker still on the table.

All three, minus potentially Reed, would make extremely good fits and could immediately be a potential starter for what could be one of the top defenses in the NFC.
