Number Two: Terron Armstead (Track & Field)

Before being a dominant offensive tackle in the NFL for the New Orleans Saints, he was a dominant thrower on the track & field team.

It comes to no surprise that Armstead excelled at track, especially since he holds the fastest 40-yard dash time for an offensive lineman in NFL Scouting Combine history.

Armstead was a member of the track & field team for his college of Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Armstead stayed off the track and excelled at the field portion instead an was dominant in the throwing events which included shot put, discus throw, and hammer throw.

His shot put personal record of 18.73 meters came in the 2012 NCAA West Regional where he placed tenth.

Armstead also competed in the 2012 Pepsi Florida Relays where he placed fourth overall in the discus throw with a career high throw of 50.37 meters.
