Number One: Jameis Winston (Baseball)

Jameis Winston is a new member of the New Orleans Saints, but that does not exclude him from our list of guys who could dominate other sports. Like many other young boys growing up, Winston played many sports but excelled at both baseball and football.

When Winston was being recruited to play in college, he wanted to play for a team that would let him play baseball as well. Winston was always better at football but fell in love with baseball.

Winston was both an outfielder and relief pitcher at Florida State and dominated in his baseball career.

Winston was named a preseason All American for baseball in 2014 and the same offseason he was also named to the Baseball America Third Team.

In his college baseball career, Winston went 2-2 with 60.1 innings pitched, 62 strikeouts, 19 walks, a 1.95 earned run average, and nine saves. He also produced decently at the plate hitting .208 with 33 hits, 27 runs scored, 13 runs batted in, and 30 walks.

In 2014, Winston dominated on the mound making 24 relief appearances logging an undefeated record with a 1.08 earned run average and 31 strikeouts over 33.1 innings pitched. He also recorded a team high seven saves which ranked the eighth highest total in the ACC.

Winston was actually drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 15th round of the 2012 MLB Draft, but decided to stick with football and make a pretty penny in the NFL instead.
