Number Three: Tre’Quan Smith

Tre’Quan Smith is a solid wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints, but he has proven to be replaceable. Smith, 24, was a third-round pick by the Saints in 2018 but has yet to truly break out into the number two receiver he was drafted to be.

The Saints made sure to address the wide receiver position this offseason and brought in some great talent to help compete for roster spots.

Michael Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders have the number one and two spots locked down, but Smith, Deonte Harris, and Ty Montgomery will all be competing for the number three spot on the roster, making Smith tradable.

The Saints likely wouldn’t get much for Smith, but they might be able to muster a third-round pick for his services.

Tre’Quan Smith has logged 46 receptions, 661 receiving yards, a 14.4 yards per reception average, and ten touchdowns in his career thus far and could be a solid receiver for a needy team.
