Wil Lutz was the second-best kicker in the NFL last season. According to fantasy points, Lutz was only behind Kansas City Chiefs’ kicker Harrison Butker, and he was only behind by three points which could be one field goal difference.

With a better offense than they had last season, Lutz could have a better year than he had last year. Typically in fantasy football, Justin Tucker and Harrison Butker are the two top kickers chosen every year and a handful of them come after.

In this upcoming draft, Wil Lutz should be viewed in the same fantasy tier as Tucker and Butker. In fact, in my opinion, Lutz should be the first kicker taken off of the board. He will have a better season than he had last year.

In fantasy, you always have that one guy that drafts a kicker in the top five rounds and as soon as he does, everyone else thinks they need a kicker. I’m telling you, Lutz is going to have the type of season to be the kicker you stretch for in the top ten rounds.
