Number Two: Lil’Jordan Humphrey

Lil’Jordan Humphrey is a 6-foot-4 wide receiver who played his college football for the Texas Longhorns and spent the majority of the 2019 season on the New Orleans Saints’ practice squad.

Humphrey, 22, had a great career at Texas hauling in 125 receptions for 1,622 yards and ten touchdowns.

His height makes him an automatic contender as he’d be a mismatch nightmare for cornerbacks and a dream come true for an uber-accurate Drew Brees who is coming off his third straight season leading the league in completion percentage.

Humphrey was on and off of the Saints’ roster in 2019 but still managed to play in five games and start one of them.

He was used similarly to Krishawn Hogan, mostly as a blocker, and only received one target in 2019 that wasn’t caught. Humphrey could use this offseason to master the playbook and compete for one of the few receiving spots available in 2020.
