New Orleans Saints: 3 players that could vie for final wide receiver spot

Number One: Krishawn Hogan
Krishawn Hogan is a 6-foot-3 wide receiver who was on the New Orleans Saints roster last year. Hogan has been in the NFL since he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Arizona Cardinals in 2017. Hogan also played two seasons with the Indianapolis Colts.
Hogan suffered an ACL tear during his tenure in his hometown of Indianapolis but he came back stronger and was eventually picked up by the Saints.
Hogan hauled in just one reception for four yards in 2019 but he has more talent than the stat sheet shows. Hogan is a lethal run blocker and special teamer that could provide additional value on that unit.
Hogan was oftentimes brought in a run-blocking wide receiver due to his impressive skill set in the area. An entire offseason in New Orleans should help him master the playbook and see an increase in productivity.
Hogan will be in direct competition for that final receiving spot but his impressive blocking abilities could give him an edge in the final decision making. Keep your eye on Hogan during the offseason and preseason as he will be in direct competition with the next player on my list.
